Rent of devices and automatic equipment with the right of repaymen
JSC Avtooyna has modern industrial measuring equipment (SMM-coordinate measuring machine) and renders the services connected with measurement and the analysis of difficult parts by means of their three-dimensional (3D models) of mathematical data.
In the work we use the equipment ACCURA-Massctekhnichesky parameters of 1600 (X) x2400(Y)x1000(Z), the conducting global manufacturer of the 3D system of measurements - CARLZEISS (Germany), and also the advanced software of Holosnaryadu with professional CAD-applications. All this allows our highly qualified specialists trained from the CARLZEISS company (Germany) to solve problems of any complexity, at the high level and in the most short time.
Distinctive feature of the ACCURA metering machine - the high accuracy of all measurements with use of multitouch equipment on the basis of the MASS technology. The machine allows to perform measurements by the method which is ideally suited for specific objective. This equipment is intended for fast carrying out measurements with high accuracy. The possibility of implementation of any methods of measurements by means of this device allows to optimize measurement process.
Principle of operation is following. From CAD system (UG NX6 or other) the mathematical model is exported in the IGES format. Then it is loaded into the software of HOLOS put with the metering machine. Then data acquisition on real geometry of part or the conditional measured points happens the contact probe. Then comparison of the measured data with mathematical model is carried out. The analysis of results and conclusion of protocols is carried out upon the demand of the customer.
